Camp training for competition is very focused on preparing you for the year. You may learn your performance routine in it's entirety.
You may get individualized sessions on polishing your jumps or perfecting your tumbling. If your squad needs pyramid and stunting help, you may get new ideas or learn how to mount and land and fall. Partner stunt progression is one facet of your week. This week is choreography geared. Custom camps at your facility and overnight are common. Cheer teams should utilize all areas of their squad's technical strength in jumps, tumbling, partner stunts, pyramids, motion technique, projection and expression, choreography, showmanship, and dance.
Be mentally prepared for hard work, eat right, sleep well and bring your water bottles.
